今夏のオープンに向けてだいぶできてきた、旧エクセル跡地の商業ビル。以前、この自由が丘Watchでも取り上げたことがある。 外装工事くほぼ終わりのようで、既に工事用の外壁パネルが取り払われていた。そろそろ内装工事がはじまるようだ。未確認情報ながら、噂によるとテナントにはソニープラザが入るらしい。
